The high performance fibres
for high requirement concrete works

Infrastructure includes the following areas of application: cycle paths, roads, roundabouts and slab tracks. Depending on the requirements, Concrix SuperFloor or Concrix ES is recommended. The dosages depend on the conditions of the project. Typically, between 2.0 kg/m3 and 5.0 kg/m3 for Concrix SuperFloor and Concrix ES The use of the fibres has a positive effect on the plastic shrinkage behavior of the concrete, minimizes shrinkage cracks and also improves the abrasion resistance of the concrete surface A reduction or possible entire replacement of steel reinforcement depends on the element, application and conditions. A review and creation of a report or recommendation of the required fibre type and dosage can be prepared by Contec Fiber AG upon request.
